Meeting Planner's Summit Gifting
Overview: Stryker is a medical technologies company based out of Kalamazoo, MI, which has an annual summit for its sales force to discuss the company's current health and future goals. Activate inc, by chance, met associates who discussed this recent meeting and the desire to give attendees of this summit a premium gifting experience that tied into their theme for 2022.
Parameters:
Stryker asked for a gifting experience that tied into their theme "Surviving the Wild" including the following must haves:
Gifting
- Source wilderness/camping items (snacks, cocktails/mocktails, and accessories) that compliment stryker's branding
- Source a cocktail/mocktail recipe that can be enjoyed by attendees during or after the summit.
Creative
- Branded Sticker to apply to a kraft mailer box
- Branded Greeting card with cocktail/mocktail recipe on the back.
Responsibilities:
As lead designer on this project, my responsibilities were to collaborate with production and business development team memebers to source gifting and recipe ideations for the kit components. I also was in charge of the look and feel of the branded sticker, and welcome card.
